When you are homeless, making a new start can seem out of reach. But Crisis know differently and work to offer advice and support that has helped thousands of people out of homelessness and on to whole new lives already.


Their goal is to end homelessness, this won’t be easy but with the public’s support they can do it. There are all sorts of ways to help out, whether this is via donations, volunteering or donating gifts, every little helps, Everybody In to End Homelessness.


Crisis need volunteers for Crisis at Christmas events across the UK. Crisis at Christmas is a unique volunteer effort that provides immediate help for homeless people at a critical time of year. By volunteering with Crisis this Christmas, you can make a real difference to people experiencing homelessness. Applications are open for London, with other regions opening shortly.


Everyone deserves a Christmas, and Crisis wants to make sure every homeless person has the chance to experience it this year. Whether you’re holding a Christmas party, pub quiz or family walk, you could turn it into an amazing fundraiser to help get people off the streets this festive period.


By fundraising for Crisis’ Christmas campaign, you’ll be reserving a place for a homeless person at one of 13 Crisis centres across the UK, guaranteeing good food, company, healthcare and clean clothes in what is a vital first step towards leaving homelessness.


Whether you’ve already got something planned or feel inspired to think up something new, you can find all the help you need to run your own Crisis at Christmas event over on the charity’s website.

This Christmas, centres at London, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Birmingham and Coventry are requesting essential supplies such as food and clothing for our guests.

This Christmas, Crisis is holding a series of Christmas Carol services across the UK. From Edinburgh to Oxford, each service will offer a unique chance to come together to mark the charity’s 50th anniversary. The events will reflect on Crisis’ achievements over the last 50 years, and looking ahead hopefully to a future without homelessness.


For as little as £26.08, you can give a homeless person the ultimate gift this Christmas. That small donation can give all of the following to a homeless individual:
